This pre-recorded RO DBT skills class series is not intended as RO DBT therapy or to replace live RO skills training classes. The recordings are intended for clients who receive individual RO DBT treatment from a trained RO DBT clinician, but are unable to attend live RO Skills Classes or have missed a class. Handouts and worksheets are not included with this video series; these should be provided and reviewed by the individual RO DBT Therapist or Skills Instructor.
